The property provides a total of 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms located in a main house and an additional Casita. Both houses offer living, dining and kitchen areas. The homes were built in classic Vallarta style with beautiful tiles, dark wood doors, tile roof, and open living spaces.The villa comes with a private pool and poolside palapa bar. Lush tropical plants surround the property with a garden pathway that wanders between the big house and the Casita. Few things in life are as pleasant as relaxing on the terraces, watching the colorful sunsets fade into the exotic, tropical nights.Enjoy a full-time maid and mozo at Villa del Cielo during your stay. A cook can also be arranged for all your meal preparations.Villa del Cielo consists of two houses. The larger has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The smaller house, Casita Brandon has two bedrooms and one and one half bathrooms.A group of 10 can comfortably stay at Villa del Cielo including your small pets with an additional security deposit. The main house boasts great entertaining spaces that include a large living room and a terrace that stretches the length of the house. The pool terrace is quite large and includes a poolside bar that is covered with a Palapa roof.Over 7,000 square feet of interior spaces and terraces make Villa del Cielo the perfect vacation retreat just minutes to the Conchas Chinas beach and downtown shops and restaurants.
The rates listed are for renting the main house 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. There is a casita across the pool patio area from the main house that can be rented along with the main house for an extra $100.00 a night, otherwise this casita will be locked off when just renting the main house. |

Deposits: 50% down to hold the reservation.
Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
